Leviticus 14:51-53

⁵¹ Then he will take the cedar wood and the hyssop and the red string, with the live bird, and put them in the blood of the killed bird and in the flowing water. And he will put some of the blood and water on the house seven times. ⁵² He will make the house clean with the blood of the bird, the flowing water, the live bird, the cedar wood, the hyssop and the red string. ⁵³ He will let the live bird go free outside the city into the open field. So he will take away sin from the house, and it will be clean.”
